I was feeling pretty flat with my training, however choosing Carrine to coach me has been like a breath of fresh air .
I have been involved in Running and Triathlon as long as I care to remember.

I've always been quite sporty and love team games and my passion is field hockey. With the help of Carrine and her wonderful Ladies that Tri community I smashed my goals last year and completed my first ever triathlon and half marathon.
I have loved being part of the LTT club - it's a really warm, friendly and fun group of ladies. A highlight for me has been the coached swimming sessions which enabled me to learn freestyle and gave me the confidence to enter a triathlon.
Having a structured training plan gave me the focus and the drive to sign up for my half marathon and I spent my 40 birthday weekend running around Kielder Water chasing thousands of other crazy folk- hopefully see you there soon.
