Ladies That Tri offers a personalised program service to build fitness and skills towards your chosen goals; whether it be completing your first triathlon or qualifying for national age group teams. 

Programs are personalised to your requirements and delivered monthly using Training Peaks. We can supply Triathlon or single discipline programs. Varied prices for single discipline programs.

An initial set up and goal setting appointment is conducted to assess athletes’ needs. Set up fee of £75 and then choose the program options to suit you .

Working with Carrine has made a significant difference to how I train.

Having come to Triathlon later in life and managing to drag myself to age group level nursing the odd injury; the switch to being coached by Carrine has been brilliant.


It has enabled me to train consistently, specifically and without injury, I often used to over-train (did I mention injury) and juggling training with working and family life meant I was rarely specific or overly planned.

Carrine ensures I am working at the correct intensity, at the right moments for the right amount of time; I don’t have to think about what I should be doing; one quick look at TrainingPeaks and off I go!

I have not been injured in the 18month I’ve worked with Carrine and I am stronger all round as well as being less stressed due to balanced levels of training and not having to work it all out for myself!

Carrine is not only a fab coach and a proven triathlete in her own right but has become a friend and I’d highly recommend her coaching services in any aspect.
